I usually get kind of suspicious when someone with so few posts puts up a link to somebody selling something, but the battery does look pretty decent. Well at least the case anyways. With no word on specs, this looks like any other 1C Chinese lifepo4 battery.

Yeah me too, but I'm genuine and have no affiliation whatsoever with the seller of those batteries.

As stated in my first post on this thread/topic, I lifted the info from another forum. If I were the person that posted the info over at that forum, I could simply also post it here.

Also... I'm in Australia, the seller is in China (you can check his post to see that and you can ask the moderators here to check my IP to verify where I'm from).

Lastly, if you check the forums I grabbed the info from and search on that brand of battery, they are getting good feedback from the people that have tested their products made for electric cars.

Looks nice, designed to slide straight on to a rear bike rack I suspect with a reflector or light at the back. It has a handle.

If it has 3C or better cells, a BMS that works, and good cell interconnect construction it should make for a nice finished product.

Looks like a fan on the bottom, built in charger perhaps?

What type of cells in it? What's the c rate of em? What's the internal resistance on the cells?

Over here at ES, you don't get off easy, but welcome if you want to really discuss your product. We have some folks here that can really consumer test your battery if you are brave enough to send one free. But if it's not good enough we'll tell all. See Ypedals review of a headway pack in the reviews section to see what I mean.

I'd love to see a ready made pack like this with real a123's inside or some good konions. 10 ah is kinda small for our higher power bikes here in the USA to use if they only have 2c cells. Too bad all these ready to go packs in nice boxes are aimed at the price point that leads to a bike with not enough range and or batteries that may die early if the buyer lives in a hilly area. I think to make 2c cells last, you need to stay below 1.5c discharge rate. Too high c rate will tend to make a few cells fail early. Then they drag the whole pack down to it's death.

These 10 ah 2c packs are great for smaller setups, like 400 watts, but once you have 700-1000, 10 ah is too small. So people put too small a battery on the bike to save money, and blame the battery supplier. Not very fair to the battery guy.

Hmm, scared him off,,,, Or is he the guy with the to the adminsitrator post? There was nothing offensive in his post, he didn't start the thread, but it was discussing his product. Why is it gone if he didn't delete?

I was wondering the same thing. I even wondered if I had imagined I saw his post, so thanks for verifying there was one which has been removed.

His other post complaining about the deletions dissapeared too. Must have a pretty dirty address he's sending spam from. We got good moderators and admin on this forum.
