charger volts

Please open the top cover of the casing. The silver aluminum casing has two parts, the top cover and the bottom cover. You just need to take off two top screws on each black faceplate respectively. And then the top cover can be taken off.

Make a secure connection between the probes of voltmeter and the output xlr connector. Pin1 is + and pin2 is -. You can use the female connector in the box for this connection. We don’t recommend directly put the probes on the pins on the male xlr connector from the charger. It’s too easy to short them, since it’s male and the casing of the connector is metal

And then plug the charger into the outlet and turn on the charger. Plug the output connector to the measurement connection. Now, you can read its output voltage on the meter. The voltage should be 74.5-75.0V.

You can see a blue potentiometer close to the output fuse holder. That’s for voltage. There’re also other blue potentiometers on the main board, but they’re not close to the output fuse holder and please ignore them.

Just tune that potentiometer for the voltage you want based on the reading on the meter.

Best regards

Yep, that's the way. Easier if you have an adapter of some kind for measuring the voltage. I have one of those cheap lcd voltage displays, that I generally use to watch a battery charge. Nice to know when it's nearly done, if you are in a hurry. So it's got the right kind of plug on it.
