I'm trying to restore an R Martin E-1100, made about 2005-6. Wires cut, etc. R Martin service says they do not have any wiring diagrams for this bike!
If anyone has one wired correctly I sure could use some photos of the controller connections to the throttle and other items. The hub motor connections are the easy part!
Controller I have with it is model 3615DLC-10G0. Throttle is a Wuxing LT-14X.

Attached is a DRAFT wiring diagram (PDF) for the R Martin E-1100, thanks to these posts and to Susan Wang at Wuxing in China.

Today I rode the "restored" R Martin E-1100. Some US$400 cash and at least 100 hours went into it. Photos and wiring diagram are attached. A new controller made the throttle work right. A 36 volt combination headlight/key switch/battery monitor/horn was found on Amazon.com. Three 12 volt, 12 AH SLA batteries are taped together to power the beast. My thanks to all those in China, Australia, and the USA who contributed to my learning curve.

Updated information on the R Martin E-1100. After heavy use the SLA battery died and is now replaced by a lithium battery from R Martin. A module was designed and built to activate the battery monitor led's on the throttle. The bike is back in service. Updated wiring diagrams are posted here. ---Jim
