Motorized Wheel and Disc Rotor incompatibility

Hi,

Anyone have an idea how I can get a disc rotor on my 12" integrated motor front wheel? Got the e-bike conversion kit in the mail last week and still couldn't install it due to the brake incompatibility issue. Help appreciated... disheartened right now.

Maybe a machinist could modify it to accept a disc, it would be expensive.
Does that unit have some kind of brake(a link would be nice)? Drum or the mount for a roller brake?
Adapting one of those would be your best bet.
