Battery boxes are a pain. Making them can be a tedious and task.
I found an off the shelf box which takes 2 x 5S 8AH Zippy batteries for tidy 10s pack.
These boxes are available from Jaycar Electronics in Australia for about $30, batteries HK $150.

That is really nice. And with all that flat surface the box can be easily painted to look good on just about any bike. nice find, especially if your're down under.

I can make out ultratech on the lid - any other model name/number someplace?

Yeah sorry. I had to dig that up from the invoice.
It's 'Duratech' an in house Jaycar brand so you probably won't find it out side Oz under that name.
Part number HB6425
You could try ordering it from their web site:

If you live in oz Jaycar have stores in most major centres. Worth a look if you are looking for electrical and electronic components.

That box set-up is very neat.

I hope you don't mind if I show my very inexpensive and easy way to carry 12S\5mAh of Turnigy 20C:
