Best bearings for a hub motor

i ride alot offroad and jump alot (using a 500w bafang motor with 48v system), and it seems like the bearings wore off really fast, they crack everytime i'm starting a ride or landing a jump, bassicly under pressure, and i bought this motor less than 2 months ago
do any of you have any idea of what bearings will suit the most for the job?

Ask the guy at the supplier for bearings made either in Japan or Germany.
Carefuly remove the shields, clean out what little grease is in there and pack in quality water-resistent grease.
