Help please, I have just built a Fatboy Ebike using a Crystalyte 3525 66v lipo,18 Ah, Grin controller and V3 CA. I've just reconfigured the passthru thottle settings and it reduced power to motor From 6000 watts to less than 2000 any ideas? 8)

Uh, 6000 watts? I think you may want to confirm the limits of, well, everything.
- Grin's largest controller is a 40amp model. If it is rated at 40a at 72volts, that suggests 2880Watts as a maximum.
- That motor is suggested for 600-1200 watts
- Wiring, connectors.
- What type of battery. If there is a BMS, it may be limiting you also.

Ya I'm new to this, baterries are actually 66.6volt (3 x 22.2 volts 18AH 30C - 50C burst lipos) so I thought it upped the amps some what? I've got the grin 40 amp controller you talk about with a V3 and all wired connections are with 90amp bullet connectors. I think I may be wrong on the 6000 watts because the settings were incorrect on my CA. Even so I'm not reaching anything like the 2880 watts and the bike seems consirably slower since I changed the throttle setting which are - throttle in 1.1 - 4.12, throttle out 1.23 - 4, update 2, down rate 20, fast rate 9.99, throttle 3 amps. Throttle setting is passthru. I think the other setting are mostly correct I.e volts amps ohms limits ect... Any thoughts?
