Ebike HUGE watt draw issue

Hello all,
I have a 72v 15a Li-On battery with a CRYSTALYTE M3540 and CAv3.

I bought all the parts from ebike.ca and the battery from calibike.com, so far it has been great. Today when I started riding the bike started jerking on and off as well as the CA reporting that it was drawing 9990w (my max draw rate). Any ideas? Battery visually looks fine as well as controller and bike itself. Could it be a short? If so where?

Also the battery nor hub motor gets hot.

The last time the jerkiness happened to me it was a bad phase wire conection between the controller and motor. Check and recheck all connections first.

Looks like that was the issue. All of the connections were fine but one of the pins leading from the CA to the controller was pulled out. I replaced the pin by just pushing it back into place. If I have another issue solder may come into play.

I have tested it with dry runs but not on the road yet. Ill report back if it fails again.

It was the white wire incase anyone comes back to this later.

I had the same and found the solder joint at the pin into the battery had come loose .
