DNM Shocks NO spares

Hello,

I recently bought a usd 8 fork, now after hit a little tree my left upper tube (the gold one) is a little bit bent. I mailed to dnmshock in china for some spares...they don't answer.
A distributor in austria said to me that DNM don't offer spares... :? :?
The dnm shocks are very popular under the ebike community but think before you buy. Now i have a fork that is ready for the garbage because of a single part...
They don't even answer to my mails ...
Anybody ideas or experiences with this ??

I wouldn't throw it out. If parts are not available, then you have something that might be of value to other owners - parts. Take it apart and sell the parts. It may take a while but I am sure they will sell eventually and the money you get from the parts is usally more than the entire fork is worth.
