hello everyone.
hope anyone can help me with wired issue i have.
i have old 350W 8 fun hub motor which recently stop working properly.
the problem:
there is no tourqe power at all, whith no lad it spin smooth , when apply thiny ressitance - its just can keep spin corectly or canot spin at all, and it start to make wired noises.
runing with infenion 6 fets controller on 12S lipo battery pack.

i have checked those:
* clutch and gear are ok.
* thooth hold the clutch are ok
* sporcket on the motor housing is ok.
* i have tried couple combaination to make sure its not wrong combination- not changing anything.

i have upload a video to show how simple and easy its to stop the hub from spining.

hope you can help me figure it out.

thanks in advanced.

If the sensors and phases are 100% right, and gears / stator are also not broken, bearings is the last mechanical thing that could make that noise

sensors are 100%

what can be broken in the startor?

did you saw the video?

what bearing you talk about? those inside the motor housing?
even when the housing is off the same problem , no torque power at all

You have tested the Hall sensors?
What you are describing sounds like a bad Hall. And that is, far and away, the most common problem that crops up on geared mini-motors.
Most Infineons will work sensorless, but not all.
And not all geared motors will work smoothly sensorless, even with a controller that provides that feature.

i have tested the hall sensors and they are 100% also the pahse.

any more ideas?

Ring gear not attached? Ypedal had that problem and a fix for it a while back.

did not understood. the gear is not in place becuase its not the problem , i have test each piece to be able to understand what making the problem, but it seems like the startor dont have torque power att all
any ideas?

I would be looking at the controller rather than the motor. Can you try a different one?

tested with other diffrent hall sensors controller - 36V 500W 17A rated.
same problem
