I bet your bikes are all street legal. After all here in Germany we´re only allowed to use a maximum of 250 watts. Furthermore you need a sensor on the bikes cranks, that only allow you to use the electric motor while peadling. Yep, that´s how it is. I´m still hoping the cops will never stop me, cause then the trouble would really hit me.

What catches my eye on your bikes is that you´ve hidden the electrical stuff really well. Also the hub motor appears to be very small in diameter. That´s another way of making the bike stealthy. Good job.

..but those are build in such a way that none can realize it. Many people do not recognize that these are ebikes.

yes, there are many dealers in europe. Only the Cute hubmotors must be ordered directly in China.

..by the way, this is my next project (ebike with the bottom bracket motor of Bofeili )

That is correct, the mini tongxin or the mini front cute may not be overloaded.

I operate these small motors only with max 10A current. I mostly use the three level controller of e-crazyman with Eb206 board (L1 = 6km/h L2=20 km/h L3=28km/h).

yes my tongxin is 180W 36V motor. I get the same speed from tongxin and the mini front cute (1,6 kg qrf-85sx), but the tongxin is much quieter.

yes this project is allready done and this eBike ist the best, which I ever drove.



It is a 350-400W very strong bottom brackets engine (Bofeili) and can be operated with both 36 and 48V.
The controller is a 15A.

Thereby is 28 mph loosely possible (with 36V) and 17% hill very easy to drive .

I took just a normal water bottle (Laken 1,5L) and built a 36V 5Ah battery with konion cells.

anyone know where to get that Laken bottle?? I'm not finding any water bottles with a wide enough mouth to fit batteries. 3" diameter is needed and most are much smaller.

Your bikes are awesome especially the bellacoola bike. Well done on you battery builds too as they look awesome. You should make them and sell them as many people find them very hard to find or don't have the technical ability to do it themselves. where do you hide the controller? I did not see BMS on your battery.

well this moto is listed as 200W but it is much more power full.
As bottom bracket motor you use the benefits of shifting, the power and speed is dependent on your current shifting setup.

This is my strongest bike both for speed and for torque and 32 mph with 48V is loose and easy

in the bottle fits only 5Ah but I'm still taking one more in the backpack
