anyone know where to get that Laken bottle?? I'm not finding any water bottles with a wide enough mouth to fit batteries. 3" diameter is needed and most are much smaller.

Your bikes are awesome especially the bellacoola bike. Well done on you battery builds too as they look awesome. You should make them and sell them as many people find them very hard to find or don't have the technical ability to do it themselves. where do you hide the controller? I did not see BMS on your battery.

What kind of power are you getting from this motor setup? I have seen these and was thinking they would make a nice lower power option...
Power is a fascinating thing, the more you have, the more you want, but the real power is having the restraint not to use it all at once...............Um...Yeah..

The harder you work.....The luckier you get!!

well this moto is listed as 200W but it is much more power full.
As bottom bracket motor you use the benefits of shifting, the power and speed is dependent on your current shifting setup.

This is my strongest bike both for speed and for torque and 32 mph with 48V is loose and easy

That sounds pretty good for a motor rated @ 200 watts!

Nader, nice looking bikes!

Are all the batteries in the bottle shaped container? How many Konion cells are in there? How many AH?

I really like your builds! :D I follow a similar aesthetic of oversized stealth, but with hills and distance I need a bit more motor and battery so I haven't been able to build quite as light. I've been concealing my batteries in Pelican Cases mounted to the stanchions of the front fork:

I look forward to more of your builds!

Hey just discovered this thread.

The Bofeili powerplant is extremely similar in purpose to our ageing bottom bracket Aprilia which we are starting to wear gearboxes out at 1200 watts. This unit could be a good replacement. And it is brushless, not like our old brushed ones.
There is nothing like shifting your powerplant back through the bike's gearset.

Great builds Nader, and love the waterbottle batteries! :P

I would really like to know how that Bofeili powerplant holds up on a 30 amp controller rather than the stock 15 amp one. Any ideas?

Good design. I tried to hide 14 A123 cells in standard water bottles to put on a road bike.. but thought the application would be dangerous (being a aluminum road bike with carbon fiber fork). I will try it again on a steel frame.. The ultimate stealth.

Could you put this page up again? Not everyone in North America needs a 20AH pack. I've been getting by fine with my 30km round trip in North Vancouver with a 5.8AH Hobbyking Zippy Pack with some hills too in North Vancouver. It can pretty much make a round trip without peddling, but I do, and I usually have a half charged pack when I get home.

That's total what I wanted to see too. You can go to his German forum in any event and translate it:

IMO this would be a great bike for this motor.

You can get the motor here.

If I had the money, i would build it.

Even better yet with this bike. The battery is in the folding part of the frame. Ultimate stealth!
