E-Bike Frame Build

Hello,

i am going to do a fullsuspension Frame which can fit 48 pcs 38120 Cells, 5000w hub motor and enough place for all possible controllers.
material: AlMgSi0,5 150x18x2mm profile


this is the first layout of the frame


this is the frame on the down position of the suspension
front suspension 200mm
rear suspension 200mm with 190x50mm damper

Frame will be welded, 2 sideplates with screws so you can get inside to every part.

this is my first frame so please if you have any hints or known problems i will have tell me before

For 200mm rear travel consider longer shock, becouse you suspension ratio will be high.

are you thinking of a 240x70mm Damper?

thanks for all the tipps and pm.
this is our first attempt so we need as many informations as possible.

we changed the framesize and the rear suspension
it is possible now to use damper from 190x50 to 240x76



frame was stiffened
battery pack layout simplifies
pivot point of the rear suspension changed
cable channel rounded

i just made a drawing of the rear swing



maximum tire width 82mm with 26 inch rim.

this will be difficult to weld.
is a good welder out there?
