Why are you trying to put down someone who's re-selling motors from Croatia in the USA at a pretty reasonable price? You seem to be trying to make out that zombiess is either profiteering or scamming, which anyone who's read the whole story behind the development of these motors can tell you is a load of hogwash.
Do you REALLY think that you are going to be able to pay less than €400 for the exact same motor direct from China? I mean, you're in the UK, same as me, so you can buy a Cromotor Hubzilla direct from Zelena vozila in Croatia (Accountant on here) for €400 plus EU shipping, with no tax or duty hassles as it's coming from inside the EU. I can tell you from personal experience that you WILL pay high shipping, VAT and duty charges on stuff this heavy coming in from China, so even if your motor is the same (and I've double checked the specs from your info and it isn't anything like the same) you are still going to be paying around the same price. What's more, if you buy from Accountant then you get customer support, the Chinese vendor won't help you in any way shape or form, again, from my personal experience. When you buy direct from China I can also tell you that you probably won't get what you were expecting, you may well get some duds and the quality will be variable (unless you go out there to check before shipment).

I gave you the link to the thread where these motors come from, they are a special order of modded motors made to Hal and Accountants spec in China. Zombiess buys from Zelena vozila in Croatia. He sells them for $25 more in the US than Accountant sells them here in the EU, which seems fair to me.
If you want to buy one of the motorcycle/scooter motors, adapt it to take a bike sprocket, fit between bike dropouts, accept a bike disc brake etc, then go ahead, start your own thread and I'm sure we'll watch with interest. I've just got a quote for ten of those motorcycle spoked hub motors from Aliexpress, the price, including delivery to the UK, but excluding VAT and duty, comes to US $4,652.16. The price for ten motors, excluding shipping, would be US $1,862.66. If they could be shipped by sea for $100 (which is optimistic, in my experience), then you could get 10 motors here in the UK for around US $2000. You'd pay 4% duty and 20% VAT on that cost, bringing the total to around US $2500, including brokerage fees. You would then need to transport them from the bonded store at the port using UK shipping. All told the motors are going to cost you a bit more than US $250 each. You then need to strip each motor, get new axles and side plates manufactured, reassemble them and test them. Stripping them will involve pressing out the motorcycle size axle from the stator, not that easy a task, with the chance that you might damage at least one or two of the stators in the process. Side covers manufactured here in the west are unlikely to cost less than they do in China. Crystalyte side covers, for example, cost around $40 each from China. Axles are around the same. So, assuming you can get new UK made side covers and an axle for around $120 per motor (which I think is probably way out) and ignoring the labour involved in stripping and rebuilding each motor, your "cheap" motors are going to cost you around $370. There's around 2 hours work to strip and rebuild a motor, and let's say that only costs around $30. The motors are now $400 each. If you're running a business (as zombiess is) how much profit do you want? You have to allow for customer returns, advertising, income tax etc, so I'd suggest you'd be daft to sell for less than a 50% markup. These cheap Chinese motors are now going to sell for around $600...................
