If this is it. The battery could be lead acid and usually 24-36 v. Without the voltge and type there is now way to help you. Can you measure the voltage from the battery? If not able take the battery to a e bike or e scooter store and they should be able to find a charger for you.

Ok thanks for the help..I'll do that but do you know what the what the what type of cord it would be to plug into the bike? Surely all the green e wheels plugs are the same ? Just different voltage? Because green e wheels has now gone under and I shall have to find a replacement cord...

It's will be better that you can find out a charger or get details of the battery pack from the ebike supplier. With information below then I think you will be easy to find another charger. Also plug is always easy to get it as the requirement of your battery pack.

1)Please confirm if your batteries system are LiFePo4, Lithium ion or lead acid batteries.

For LiFePO4 or Lithium,
1)How many cells in series of your batteris sytem?

2)Capacity of cell.

3)If possible, let us know the brand of cell and model.

For lead acid batteirs:
2)Which type of lead acid cell are they: AGM FLOODED GEL?

3)How many cells in series of your batteries system?

4)What's the norminal voltage of each cell

5)Capacity of cell(each cell of model)?

6)If possible, let us know the brand of cell and model

P.S. When battery is full, lifepo4 cell is 3.3V, lithium is 3.7V.
www.evassemble.com all for EVs.
Keeping LiFePO4 battery 80% DOD and not too big constant current will always help a better cycle life.
