E-bike + carbon frame + 52V. 18650 + BMC motor

Luis,

Very nice work on both bikes ! You think about the details and I like that.

So for the metal box, after bending you put everything together with screws, right ? You don't weld them together ?

I'm asking because I'm looking to build a box for my frame, but not in the middle but covering the whole frame, it will look like the Stealth.

Hi Luis, you have done a great job without welding. Good to see that version two is coming along. Most tasks are much faster the second time, I'm enjoying all the photos. Look forward to hearing about the riding experience.

Hello guys,

Its time to resolve the problem, off...atach the side panels. I will use a "female" atach with 3M DP420 ans screws. On my first box, they are atach with just the epoxy. Now, I upgrade with screws.

Luis.
