I may be able to provide some custom CNC service, depending on the size and if I have the time available. I can easily make custom torque arms and brackets. I can cut steel but wish to avoid any stainless unless they are the easily machinable ones. Composite work as well but this can get costly. My first ebike and what it has evolved into.
Originally a DiamondBack, Cyclone 650watts and Dewalt A123 packs it's now a GT Polamar after the frame broke from repeated jumps.
It's used mostly for errands and getting groceries, I have a side bag I can mount for this. I also use it for the trails if my main bike is in service and this frame won't break, Chromoly.

My second ebike built specifically for trail riding. I have a blast with this ebike every time I'm out trail riding and look forward to the next ride. It's been ultra reliable, just flats to deal with now.
