20 mile range
240 lbs

According to Honda, the EV-neo offers the performance of an under-50cc gasoline engine motorcycle and has a range of over 30 km (18.6 miles) when driven at 30 km/h on a flat road. Honda says the EV-neo can gain a full charge in four hours with a regular charger and a 100V power source, and about an 80% charge in 20 minutes with a quick charger and a 200V power source.

7 grand is a bit pricey, considering some of the latest offerings by other electric motorcycle manufacturers.

It has a clutch, and possibily CVT. If it has a 580w motor that can maintain 500w mechanical output over much of the vehicles operating range, it should be about like our typical 2kw hubmotor build for low speed operation (which is all the faster this one goes).

I think they are going for something that can replace jobs normally done by bicycle rather than replacing a motorcycle.
For ebike parts, don't be a douche, buy from http://www.ebikes.ca or http://www.MethTek.com

Thanks for the vids. Price tag aside, cool scooter. I like the funky bubbly sound it makes. The jetsons age is here, hehe.

The european vid says that it has a 2.8kW motor. That's pretty powerful imho. Also dig the removeable battery too. And wonder how much lipo can fit into that white case.. :)

Pro-tips for noobs: Avoid BMS Battery like the plague | Charge RC Lipos to 4.15v, stop discharging at 3.5-3.6v | Use torque plates/arms! | Rear mounted hubs are always best
