A Melbourne electric bike vendor:

http://www.flewelectric.com/

another seller of Chinese electric bikes and parts, the bikes look nice though - I went and had a look to check if the battery packs would fit with my greenewheels bike. They dont, unfortunately, but the frames are very similar, so perhaps a later variation of the same design (sourced from http://www.jb-electricbikes.com/ I suppose).
wobbling around on first new bike for quite a few years.. this one has a motor on it.
