7075 if used and in fact cannot be welded would simply mean that those particular components would in fact be one piece components either bolted in place or in fact in the case of a rear suspension may be a one piece designed swing arm,,,,(i was in a machinist course full time for a full year and half and know a thing or 2 about how things are put together) and as i stated in earlier posts this is a world class bike frame maker with millions of frames made under their belt,,,,im pretty sure they know a thing or two about what materials can be welded together and what materials cannot be welded together. please please do not think im belittling your question,,,,i do in fact very much appreciate your concerns and comments,but i do have to answer to your concern even if i come across like i might be a little on the defensive,,,im not,,,thanks for your understanding "liveforphysics" and again I do appreciate your comments and concerns.
