Yesterday I purchased 5 packs from Waterguy3434 on eBay at the "Buy it now price" of ~USD100 each.
If I purchase in Australia it would be AUD369 each at Justtools. http://www.justtools.com.au/prod3798.htm
The current exchange rate is 1 USD = 1.1330 AUD
The price sucks here in Australia.

I bought a pack from this guy a couple of months ago for testing.
Not sure but I think he buys DeWalt combo packs and sells the individual pieces separately.
Pack arrived undamaged and in excellant condition. Each cell 3.30V

Thanks Doc but I only needed 5.

Ypedal :

No. I dont have buy them.
I just knew about them a couple of days ago .
Im not shure if to buy 48V20AH Yesa pack (USD 1120 ) or spend time and USD 1500 in 33 DC936 packs .

Considering Wh pricing :
Yesa : USD 1120 / 48Vx20AH = 0.86 USD/WH
aksarashop : USD 45/ 33Vx2.4AH= 0.57 USD/WH.

I must to think. Is not an easy decision for me .

Does somebody want to try them first than me ?

something slightly odd about that website(aksara). Why is it only in English, yet based in a non english speaking country? If you look in the payment and shipping page it says they only accept money transfers and not credit card for international orders. Odd for somewhere selling consumer goods. searched for aksarashop and scam or fraud give quite a few worrying hits also

Also they says they are from Indonesia but the IP location are from US.

Very strange...... :(

Any way ... I will continue looking for the best way to obtain batteries at good price.

I created a new blog for this turd ...

Askarashop sucks.

If anyone runs across any more of this guy's scams, let me know. Enough links to enough forums, and this link will come up before his shop name in google.

He is using a US based host and DNS service. If he used one in a backwater hellhole like Indonesia, it would be about as slow as a dialup connection, I'll bet.

Maybe some complaints to the hosting company are in order as well? If one of his victims wants to file in small claims court, they can probably get the judge to award them his sorry-assed website as part of the damages.
