I can say is I've educated myself on how to do this with success. My V-Twin 1800cc
turns-over at a faster speed because my resting voltage of my
pack is just over 14volts. As we have learned here at the ES forum, higher voltage means
more RPM's. I've made T6 6061 Aluminum bus bars out of 0.25 stock and doubled them.
Easily capable of 300amps with very little C rise, so there is very little thermal loss.
