Higher voltages? like 90,120, 144v?
Prices?
A decent 25mph bike will cost around $1000.
A decent 35mph bike will cost around $2000.
A $1000 35mph bike will get you killed.

I'm sure they only came here to drop their advertisement, and most likely will never return. If they'd posted in any forum other than the for-sale new, they'd just be a spammer.

I have to agree. That kind of secrecy irritates me (not drastically, just a little). If the prices were posted, we could see it, think about it, maybe deliberate, maybe get it. But if we have to PM you, it's not quite as fair.

Hi, the charger is accurately calibrated and adjusted before delivery according to specific battery parameters. Customers can't self-adjust it.
The MOQ is 10 units. Sorry.

I wonder if there is enough people here that wants these chargers. I would be down for the 700W one for 165+shipping. Maybe if we can organize a group buy. I have a 600W charger with fan and it's loud during charge.

Silent operation is cool, but far from 2.1 times cooler then 600W charger. + MOQ 10pcs does not help at all. :)

Hi Gensem,

You're better off getting Meanwells (or clones for $40 each): http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=swi ... supply+24v (Change the voltage in the search for what you need)

and..

Fechter's Mini Meanwell Limiter V.3: http://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewto ... 16s+charge

I'm using a 27v and a 36v with fetcher's board on it. ;)

The total cost comes to ~$110.00 for a 700+ watt user adjustable charger! :D

For ~$80 more you could double the power to ~1400w by adding 2 more (series) power supplies in parrallel.

Fetchers board can also take a 5v-g signal from things like the cell log-8 to stop charging if any cell goes over ~4.22v: http://epbuddy.com/index.php?main_page= ... qnbnbpv2a7 (They also have all the plugs and cables you could ask for. Hint: check under the "connectors tab for some hidden balance leads, the 8s ones I needed anyway.)

Later,
Jay

They don't make the meanwells that high a voltage (anything over 48V and you start to get into a voltage territory that requires different approvals etc.

84V could be gotten from two supplies, a 48V and a 36V in series :)

That's kinda what I was thinking... as long as the current output is the same it would be fine yes? Thanks for the reply.

As long as the current you pull out of them is = to or less than the amp rating of the supply with the lowest amp rating.

For example; my supplies are 36v 10A and 27v 13A, so my max current draw is ~10A. Hence I built the "fetchers limiter board" with the 11A resolution 'option'.

Though the true rating of these suplies is 350 Watts and since the voltage can be adjusted via a simple twist of a Pot... you can get a 27v 13A supply to give you a custom output of say 30v 11.6A or 25v 14A. Just divide 350 by your voltage to get your max amps.
