Looks to share some characteristics with Go-Motorboards.

How many people had to jump out of the way of this person.

x2

put that thing in a bike lane. It sure doesn't help the "legality" of electric scooters when people post videos like this.

Hey I left it open ended,,, intentionally as I like the ability to back track if anyone disagrees  or agrees
It was great to see people practice their reflexes you never know when a bull might charge and you have to jump out of the way.
"LOOK out coming through; it's MYWAY" sorry I forgot to put the "a" before MYWAY

I think you guys are over-reacting,
that wide angle lens make things look faster than it is...
nobody had to "jump out of his way"...

besides, the chance of e-scoots been legalized for sidewalk usage is probably zilch,
just like those segways.

anyways, I wouldnt worry too much about one video,
only when kids start riding these a lot more in urban areas, that's when the backlash will happen.
but with all these high price lithium scooters, you wont see a lot of kids jumping on them soon,
(and i dont see the SLA ones in my downtown area)

also, Skateboarders are banned from riding on sidewalks in most places,
but it really doesn't stop kids from skating...

I think this design is quite nice. It has good clearance, nice folding, and looks like a solid stem. Not sure what to complain about it. I wonder if or what problems the angle between the front deck and back deck might cause.
New to endless-sphere? Notice a lot of signatures recommending Ebike.ca? That's because it's the best place for a quality and manageable, (but still 'real'), first build. Justin is a solid supporter of electric bike development, and a good source of equipment.

My hat off a thousand times to the green people that effectively run this forum. The ES Mods are superb.
