Because I decided to stop, merely watching, and accepting, the derision and degradation being handed out to electric bike supporters, and decided to respond in a like manner?

On a forum, specified for, motorized bikes ... from the moderator! ... ?

When the Moderator plainly states that he is anti-electric bike!

And the other anti ebike poster, that I target uses as his mantra: -

At the very least, I am hoping that the Administrator might take notice and replace the moderator with someone who is, at least, not anti-ebike.

And I am not attacking, I am merely defending myself, and others, by responding, in kind!
Though with much less vulgarity, and a bit more intelligence!

It is not for me ... alone!
I can tolerate-ignore the infantile bites & barbs.
But every eBiker that posts ... gets crapped on!
I can't stand bullies.
It is one of my few, sinful pleasures, that I take a bit of satisfaction in tripping a bully, watching him fall on his face (metaphorically) in front of his friends.

Why not leave the kr_p off of their forum, and invite the good eBiker's there to come here, where they are appreciated.

That would be ideal!
Problems are:

eBikers have become fearful of posting, they seem to get crapped on, almost immediately, including by ... the moderator! Or else I could PM them.

Any overt invitation would be immediately squashed!
The Mod keeps me squarely in his sights.

I've been considering a negotiated withdrawal, I will refrain from further postings, in return for a permanent invitation, for exiting eBikers ...

Gotta frustrate-infuriate him ... a bit more, before he might agree?

Typically ... I just tend to pull apart his logic, (or lack thereof) ... tend to emphasize, how he makes himself, look foolish.

personally i'm inclined to agree with ypedal--if a person is prone to childish behavior in one place, provoked or not, it is usually only a matter of time before the person will do the same things here.

if you don't like some place you're visiting, either get together with the other members and change it, like we did here at es last summer, or just leave it alone and don't go back.

the world needs less antagonism, not more.

A moderator, on a different forum recently became increasingly hostile towards the posters on one of his ebike threads.

Culminating in an admitted anti ebike stance.

Anyhow, I'm inviting all to watch, and enjoy, I don't recommend joining, unless you want "In on the fun".

I complained, that a different forum is badly moderated, then recommend this forum as a better alternative,
which causes you to be fearful?

Step 1
I pointed out to the Moderator that I felt his actions-attitude were in direct opposition to his presumed responsibilities.
Step 2
I complained, and pointed out that he allowed disrespectful and degrading comments ... when! ... it supported his anti-electric bike, self proclaimed, agenda.
Step 3
Seeing no positive reaction, I felt it to be appropriate to discontinue my, soon to be crapped on, "contributions" to the forum.
Instead I adopted, the Moderator exampled, attitude and modus operendi.
Which apparently, should be considered the, approved, acceptable model of behavior?
Belittling and degrading those I disagree with ... but I solely targeted the bullies!
Not by vulgarities, or direct insult, merely by questioning their reasoning, pointing out their hypocrisy and feeling "sad" about certain "depths of ignorance", I pointed out, from their posts.

With the hope, that possibly, he might change his attitude, or even better, that the Administrator might notice the "stink" and assign a non anti-eBike Moderator, to the motorized bike forum.
