Someone that inspired me alot 4 years ago.. just when the forum had less than 400 members.. is LOWELL

This is these video that convinced me to get the X5 serie hub motor:

The 5303 did not exist !!... it was the X503.. with 44mm stator width... just before they "upgrade" them to 34mm stator like we know now

X503

50mph on the highway lane...

And recently, the E-KMX !!.. that convinced me to spend 1200$ for geting one! Absolutly NO regret!!!

Well actually, you might be the first to do a recumbent, but the prone position on a bicycle has been done...

I believe HiGHSiDE Hyena was very excited about this bicycle when he first saw it
he mumbled something about building a tandem bike like it

Recently I got the priveledge to hang out with Justin Lemire. A real interesting personality that guy has, he reminded me sort of facebook founder. I hope es gets that big. :o Found this documentary about justin in china touring electric bike factories. Both china and justin are interesting stories. For anyone fanatical about the future of electric bikes you should watch this entire series which in entirety is over 2 hours. (!)

How 'bout a pocket bike with a treadmill motor, using an SCR controller, running off an inverter, off a 12v 50ah SLA pack...

I think the builder was completely high when he came up with that combo, but it works and it's out of the ordinary. (hint; it's mine)

No video i have ever seen has captured the thrill of riding an RC build on the street like this this one.

Aussie Jester test riding his latest creation powered by an outrunner turnigy 80-100 130kv motor.

He worked on reducing the wind noise during the recording so you can appreciate the noise of the turnigy. Awesome.

I don't know if it's a classic...but I'll never forget this experience, as soon as I got it working we got 8 inches of snow.
Everyone on the street was stopping to ask questions about it.
I actually put this video on my CV as a talking point, I think people find it a really interesting concept

Thanks for adding the 9000 watt matt drive snow bike video lostrack..i was going to add that one you beat me to it.

Aussie Jester's blue cruiser (now for sale) was an epic build, a true labor of love which culminated all of a sudden with this video. When you read the 100 page build thread complete with meticulous photo documentation and you see this video...you can almost sense what it must have felt to achieve such a build and then finally get the joy in riding it on a clear day in your neighborhood. Aussie Jester for the win:
