my friend Peter built a electric carbon enduro, some of you already know the battery,
the batterymonitor is developed from me, it has some nice features too (contactless current, IR temperature, 2x contact temperature, full gps with laptimes etc.)

the bike will be completly ready in around two weeks, here are some pics

That is an amazing build! I sure don't have the patience for carbon fibre...
Voltron the Electric RG250 - Dual Agnis, Kelly 1200A controller, 6 kWh of A123 cells from Cell_Man and a shitty old chassis from 1985 :| Top speed 180 km/h, max current 600 A @ 100 V.
VoltronII 8)
Say no to spaghetti junction LiPo! Assembled Hi-power LiPo packs of any size!

Come on Casey! If you want prototype racing, throw your leg over something with lithium in it :D

OMG that thing looks amazing! The goal of my next build is under 200lbs, which is what this is.

Insane you got a full-size dualsport pack built under that weight!

I am only the responsible for the drive train including battery, motor, controller, wiring and the battery monitor.

Here is Peters last built, a fully carbon bike with Honda CRF250X motor:

Congrats to your friend Peter. Is he going to join ES? Can't wait to see the finished product.

Do you have other stats? Top speed, energy consumption at various speeds, ranges?

And why are cells 13 and 17 highlighted in red?

Hi and sorry for the late reply.
Peter will not join ES, but you can ask me, I will translate all questions and forward them to him.

The cells are highlighted in red because we had loose connections, everything is fixed now :-)

5cycles on the battery, calculated riding time was 100min., Peter was able to get 108mins out of the battery at 80% DOD last sunday at moderate speed, temperature outside was 4-5°C

Hi,
it is selfmade.
Every csv file has 6000 lines and here you see what you can make with them:
voltages:
Image

temperatures (T1 = air, T2 = battery, T3 = motor infrared)
Image

speed (offroad)

I like it! :-)
