The main Problem is with this Hub,

Because the Hub should fit to 36 spokes rims, usually it for 26' 24' 21' inch rims,

to fit 12 inch rim, it litte problem, the Hub is about 9' inch size,

so i buy simple curved sprokes rim,
Image
i broke the curved sprokes, and i design some part to fit between the Hub and Rim, By CNC Cuting.

Thank you for your reply,

the maximum speed is about 42.5Km/h (26.4MPH) in theory.
it will depend finally on the total weight.
simple calculation.

the range i hope it will be more then 40Km (25 miles).. and again, i will know for sure only after real test drive.
but for sure, In low speed or hills, i will save a lot of energy compare to the normal scooter in the market, thanks to the transmission.

about the DC to DC, this is the item that i bought :
http://www.ebay.com/itm/DC-DC-Converter ... 3a68fb8c0f

this is the controller:
http://www.aliexpress.com/fm-store/3138 ... -s-EV.html

about the motor, i dont have information on the web, it cost me about 150USD.

Thank again for your support.
