Why do you think I went with Paypal?
Why do you think I did NOT want personal money transfers?
Why do you think I did NOT want Western Union or Moneygram?
It should be obvious... I wanted the ability to have a "safety net" in case problems (just like this) arose..

And yeah, there is no "thanks" warranted..

I TRIED to get a good thing going here, with the cells and the group buy, but too many problems and issues arose and I did not (ultimately) have the time or need or desire to complete the buy.
I was berated and ridiculed and told I was an idiot, had troll posts constantly thrown at me, etc and I still just brushed it off and tried to continue with this buy, the biggest risk, was, and has always been ON ME! What would have happened if the cells came in and a bunch of them were bad and needed to be sent back? or they all didn't hold up to the specs?
That's right, I would have to ship back at great personal costs and I ultimately decided after fighting with Paypal (and tax related issues) and deciding if this buy went bad for whatever reason and other personal issues that came up, that I would eventually back out of doing this buy..
There were a few of you that kept urging me on and telling me not to worry about it, that I was doing a good thing, but ultimately I took the time to think about and also take care of things I needed to do outside of this buy.

Think what you want...
I told everyone from the beginning, I didn't care, one way or the other, if anyone wanted in or not...
I refused a few that wanted 200+, I didn't want to do more than 100 cells per person..
I told everyone that Paypal was the ONLY way to go, if there were problems.. (Thank god I did, or there really would have been problems..)
When ANY problem that surfaced, I tried to fix it as quickly as possible.. (Paypal issues, tax issues, etc)
Some people came in (early) and when they wanted out, I refunded their money IMMEDIATELY.
When a few people even sent too much money, I either refunded the difference or backed the transaction out and had them do it again.
I've hidden NOTHING from anyone. In fact, I've always been upfront with everyone...

I apologize that I took some time for MYSELF, after working on this for weeks/months while discussing it with everyone involved.. I spent many, many hours trying to get it setup, checking prices on shipping, countless emails, PMs, etc.

I urge anyone thinking of doing their own "group buy", that they think about the ramifications, and time, and money and personal hard work that is involved in such an undertaking.

Shut the F U C K up criminal. You should be thankful I was not part of your scam. If I were, I would press charge with the local police, I would notify the DA in addition to full disclosure to Paypal. The only place you belong on this earth is behind bars.

You've always been an arse to me and I don't know why, nor do I care..

You're comments have ALWAYS been negative towards me (and if I'm correct, this goes beyond this site into others, as well).

Why is this thread still open ?? All is refunded. Why are people outside the buy, adding so much bullshit to stir a big turd ??

Some admin needs to lock this thread.

And no one would have had an issue with you had you chose for some reason to NOT communicate for 2 weeks after taking ES members money. Especially when it was found you were on other sites as well as ES during this time. So if your intent was not to scam....you sure did a great job of making it look like a scam.....but, you already know this.

Sangesf: If you are so innocent post ALL your paypal logs/emails related to this group buy using unedited screen captures. Didn't think so. Scammer. Probably got the account locked when you tried to pull all the money out.

I KNEW I shouldn't have tried...
I PERSONALLY learned the biggest lesson here.. Don't try to help too many people or you'll get burned...
1/2 of the people kept telling me to continue, even though I had my doubts...

Crazy me, for putting in the personal sacrifice I put in, trying to get this thing working..

Oh well, like I said, lesson learned!

P.S. My biggest problem was that I set the expectation that I would be available 24/7. And that was probably not the best idea, as it, eventually, created this mess.

SangeSF is a thief after all. I'm out $576 and I'm not sure how much the gentleman from Belgium is out. If anyone else isn't made whole, let me know and we'll include you in the filing. He's easy enough to find and he's not walking away from this scot free.

As pgt400 said, thank goodness paypal stepped in quickly.

I turned in the first paypal claim and it was paypal who reversed my transaction with him and then he realized he was blown and
refunded to everyone else who paid the same way.

He's not been on this board since that day 3/31 when he made his last post. I still think he thought he would go out big and try to
screw ES.

I posted logs of him being active on other boards , but not here even when he says he was away.. all lies.

I am just sorry anyone did not get their money back from his antics.

3/25/2012 Case Closed 3/29/2012

Status

This claim has been decided in your favor and you'll receive a refund.

I called on the 28th and talked to someone told them about this thread at paypal and what the guy was doing.
I think that conversation prompted him to look into it sooner. When I talk to people I am always very friendly
going out of my way to compliment just so they have more reason to try and help me.

let's not get into accusasions of puppets please.. even if it is true.. bottom line is the guy either grows a spine and does what's right, even if it takes a while... or declares himself a perma-douche and hides in the shadows... but accusing members ( falsely ) is not cool.... and it's happend on numerous occasions outside this thread/sf issue .

No wonder why this Sangesf criminal was almost successful in scamming people. Anyone else still believes that this thief voluntarily returned the money? Speak up now so everyone knows how sophisticated you are.

Leaving the the other puppets alone, all I'm saying is the guy from Belgium is an A-hole who tried to convince everyone it wasn't worth taking action. He supposedly did a personal transfer also and claims to got his money back. John also did a personal transfer but didnt recieve a refund. This proves the Belgium guy was a puppet as I said after his first post from his style

I was asked to have this thread re-opened and ask anyone who sent payment via other means than paypal to contact John in CR.. that is the purpose of this thread being opened right now.. so let's try to stick with that and make it productive..

The objective of some posts suggests there might be more than one puppet.

Unveiling the bad elements contributing to this fuckup group buy is productive as it helps prevent future mishaps.

Truusje79 is the guy from belgium. Note he was first to reply to sangesf refund alert post. PM sent and then first to claim he got a refund.

It is important to out these puppets now because they are used as sleeper cells. I hate to say it but the sphere is now infested. What really bugs me is how bold sange is...started a new $6 dollar a123 group buy as a deflection...and how naive some of the kids on the sphere are....

The police arent going to to shit. Filing a report isnt taking action. Remember sangesf is probably not the guy in the picture. I would guess sangef is an eastern shacker (scam hacker) although one guy claims to have meet him a a dunkin donuts or something
