I decided to share with you my project, by the way apologize for my English,the project has been going on for quite some time, I then start it, then throw it, but I'm determined to finish it.
It is based on the frame of the Electra 8.

And now the process, the construction of the front fork,I always wanted to have a springer fork,but those that are made for bicycles, rubbish......
Those that are made for motorcycles are too heavy, so remains one choice-
to build my own, massive and light.
First, I replaced the bearings on a more powerful and undertook the construction of the fork:

I do not know what it means (Cro-Mo) But the whole fork is made of 6061T6 aluminum

Since the new tires are much wider than my rear fork i had to convert it into a wider version






When I did the extender piece, I went to friends and they welded me a fork

The last thing I made for him a few days ago is front hub with double disks

As for the motor is a surprise, tomorrow will put photos, everything is ready and waiting for a couple of years

Wow Very nice indeed. Great fabbing skill and patience. I cant wait to see the progression of this build....each picture has had me drooling, Im now sitting in a pool of drool

All work done on manual equipment, I do not have CNC machines
