I did a little test of my new setup. Not sure of how else to strain my electrical system so set the controller to 40 battery amps at 12s Lipo and 60v regen and just left it on full throttle and pressed my brake regen button for 3 seconds and let full throttle kick back on for 3-5secs then back to regen. Did this for a full mile keeping around 15mph as ebikes.CA simulator showed that's where I peak power for this motor. Roughly 5mins of this and the controller had barely started to warm up(being full of oil no surprise) motor was a nice hand warmer temp. Very happy with how the small amout of oil I put in motor now pulls the heat away from coils and right to the aluminum casing.
Now I'm confident that after that and barely being warm I can step up to 45battery amps easy and test that.

the little 6fet is proving to be very strong when oil filled. I'll stop increasing power at 50amps just to keep my battery from going any higher than 5c discharge.
Could not be happier with bike now I finally have batteries in triangle.
