I LIKE EBIKE: TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY; DATA PROTECTION POLICY
1. Preamble
Daimler AG is organizing an “I like ebike” competition for fans of the smart ebike Facebook page. The competition is governed by the terms & conditions of entry set out below.
2. Competition Organizer
Daimler AG, smart/MM, HPC X453, 71059 Sindelfingen, Germany, bears sole authority and responsibility for organizing and carrying out the competition and for awarding the competition prizes to the winner(s).
3. Entrants
3.1 Persons wishing to take part in the competition must have legal capacity and, at the time they submit their entry, must be at least 18 years of age and resident in one of the following countries: Austria, Belgium/Luxembourg, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, the United Kingdom, Sweden, or Canada.
3.2 The entrant is the person who owns the Facebook profile that was specified when the entrant registered to take part in the competition. This profile must be active until the closing date of the competition.
3.3 Entrants are obliged to provide all the information requested correctly and accurately in order to enable the competition concerned to be carried out. If any data in mandatory fields is not provided fully and accurately, the entrant may be excluded from the competition – even if he or she has already been drawn as the winner.
3.4 Employees of Daimler AG, of affiliated companies, of any partner involved in the competition concerned, and these employees’ life partners and family members are not allowed to enter competitions.
