yep agreed from what I have seen on here the c3000w is a lot more popular, quieter smaller lighter and more compact, their is a reason nearly all high power mid drives run a gearbox or high reduction to the cranks ! and that is brushless motors are more efficient at HIGH RPM and not LOW RPM...
