    Hall sensor error

Today I changed the rear tire, and once it was reassembled, the motor doesn't spin anymore (hub 9c). The error displayed by the kt3 lcd is "hall sensor." While removing and reassembling the wheel, the cable that comes out of the motor accidentaly have been a bit pulled in the process, affecting...

Advice for a quality over 72v controller

Which brands produce reliable controllers for voltages higher than 72v? For my current 72v e-bike im using a kt controller, but it cant handle more than 90v. Also, if i'd chiose ti go on with my current voltages, other good brands besides KT? Any advice? (Also where to buy them inside EU if...

Help with applying statorade to 9c

yeah right, the stator doesn't move. But then without the centrifugal force, if the hole is done in a position "inside" the stator, how can then the ferrofluid move to the edge of the circumference?

Help with applying statorade to 9c

But look at the picture, if a motor inside is made in that way, and i plug the statorade at the height of Red circles, the centrifugal force will push the statorade on the inside circumference, i dont think It can arrive to where there is the syringe applying the ferrofluid in the photo

Help with applying statorade to 9c

Ok so, I watched this grin tech tutorial where they advice more or less to drill randomly the motor cover and put the statorade inside. Now, i never opened my motor so i don't know how it is inside but if it is like this one i found on a guide for applying the statorade: and i insert the...

    Specs about nine continent

no but my motor is faster, it suppose to makes 230rpm #36V, i think that my issue with the speed is caused by the controller, btw now the bike is at the workshop for some fixing, once i'll get it back i'll do more test to try to figure out the situation (price of the motors is the same, Moteur...

    Specs about nine continent

    it is the 9c 6x10, RH205S-180rpm @36V, that makes 5kV. my friend's bike at 72V has a speed of 52km/h

    Specs about nine continent

anyone can find a reason about this problem with the speed in the simulator?

    Specs about nine continent

btw, i don't know if the simulator is reliable about the max speed. for example, a friend of mine has the same configuration i have, but with a 5KV motor, and he can reach 52km/h, if i put these values in the simulator, the max speed displayed is 40km/h

    Specs about nine continent

E-hp in the post about the 460rpm that should be 60km/h on a 27,5" i was answering to this post because you said that the limitation was volted related because the Power should be enough, and i agree that the Power should be enough (the kit is installed on a MTB rock rider), but then if the...

    Specs about nine continent

but those resistances are won by the power of the motor(-controller), so we know, (just a random example don't know the real numbers) that to win wind and rolling resistances at 45km/h, on a bike, we need 1000W, so with 72V means around 14A. Now, with 25A*72V i have 1800W(more at full charged...
