    TSDZ2B Reviews ?

I’m looking for TSDZ2B reviews from those that have been running one for a while . I purchased one last week to replace my old worn out one , but had to return it as it was extremely stiff to pedal when not assisting, extremely difficult to push backward and started to slip the pedal. I put on...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Thank you. The motor got worse tonight. Pedals slipping. I’m sure it’s part of the same thing. Only 20 km done since new.

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

I've just installed the latest OSF on my TSDZ2B.It works great. I have a 36v motor and 48v battery. it's been so long since I've made any changes (I think I last changed my config in 2019 when I loaded OSF 19). Looks like I've set the motor type to 48v. Should it be set at 36V ?

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Just installed a brand new TSDZ2B. The motor is really stiff (with and without power on). when peddling with no assistance the pedals stick momentarily at the 12 o'clock position. It's also really stiff to push backward. I don't remember my 2 TSDZ2 motors being like this, but it was 4 and 5...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I’ve had the same happen last week when I went on a biking holiday. I’m running casinhos v 0.19 for the 5 years. I reset to default and reflshed the software. None of my settIns change leading me to assume the controller is faulty. I’ve ordered a tsdz2b from pspower and will flash that with...

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

UPDATE 2: It's all working now. Flashing with the new firmware didn't work, but enabling walk mode in the VLCD5 secret menu did. Its a case of find a manual and then RTFM ! UPDATE 1: I resolved the ebike_app.c errors by removing SDCC V4.3 and installed SDCC V4.1 The compile now runs cleanly...

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

Looks like a change to my system has been forced upon me. My ktlcd3 took impact damage today and is no longer working. screen is cracked and liquid crystal is swishing about in it. My options are to try and source an old style KTLCD3 from ? Buy an VLCD6 or buy a VLC 13 and upgrade to OSF 20.1c...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I’ve just broken my KTLCD3 display. Is there any way to tell the difference between the old flashable version , and the new non-flashable version. Is there any place still selling the old version ?

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

Great. I was slightly confused as I’d seen posts stating that a new controller was now being used and it was locked so to OSF available for it.

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

I haven't been on the forums for a couple of years. Currently running 2 bikes, both with TZDZ2 and KTLCD3. My main bike is a TSDZ2 36v motor, 48V battery (to get extra rpm as my cadence is about 85 / 90 rpm), KTLCD3 and OSF 1.9 from Casainho. The motor was installed in 2018. It’s getting really...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Anyone got a link to the 0.19 setup and configuration guide ? I need to reset to a default configuration as my speed reading is faulty again. I have had to do anything configuration wise on the KTLCD3 since installing 0.19 a couple of years ago. It might have even been 3 years ago !

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I see there’s now a standard TSDZ2 available that has Bluetooth connectivity. A few Europe s sellers on eBay have it.

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I had this and was going to change my pedals. Turns out Its the square taper crank interface. Take off the cranks, clean bottom bracket and inside of crank, grease and install with a torque wrench, I did mine at 45nm. Also added some tool releasable thread locking compound. Did this a month ago...
