    Connector for PCB

Yes certainly. Where do you buy from? Do you trust MOLEX? You can buy from DIGIKEy. I have a few models from MOLEX that fit the descriptor. What is the ( n ) number of contact pin you need? 2 pin? 20 pin? 200 pin?

1 Group has more voltage sag

Yes thankyou for the correction. The static images told me different but I have watched the vid now. 200mV + under load near the bottom end of the SOC.

1 Group has more voltage sag

Not enough to promote a great concern. Do not worry. Delta V across the cell banks is not that bad. When the delta cell to cell reaches 100mV or more, then concern. This 5 incongruity might just be the BMS voltage reading error percent itself...

Help: Surge Current Protect error after adding Statorade

Doesnt look like any QS205 50H 3000w motor I ever saw. Looks more like the QS 1kW motor. Also: With continuity testing.... the windings on a hub motto typically have too much inductance and too much copper to really get a good discrimination between a " good" winding and a " Shorted "...

CycleAnalyst + torque sensor + hub motor, what are your experiences with the sensor?

Great response and excellent cycling experience. Very configurable. Great response to input. Best system out there. Cons: Broke in 10,000 miles in two years. Took out Bottom bracket sensor and the Cycle analyst due to a fluke on the 5v rail in the CAV3 and the bottom bracket sensor shorting...

Who makes the best high output 72v battery pack?

It is good to see other options here in the hobby. i have thought about trying those style of no solder modules. Do you caot them with conformal or anything, like a dielectric or antioxidant grease? Do you ride in the rain? I could see this as a root of the problem. I do, alot, and my pack...

    Pouch cell

Just because you have experience with poor grade " commercial retail" lipos doesn't mean they last. I have experience with a lipo cell that lasts much longer than a 1,2,3 year life. I talk about 10-20 year life. Typical hobby grade " commercial lipo" lasts 200 cycles, one to three years. I am...
