They make spot weld cutters . They are used to remove a spot weld and make a good round hole. That may work for you.

I see no real advantage of this graphite anode battery over your LTO pack. It is just a little bit lighter than LTO but not by much and none of the advantages that LTO offers.

As you already know If you charge 5.1kw in the pack assuming you started at cutoff you will never get 5.6kw. You may have wires and shunts that are making your reading seem 9% off. Did you verify your test equipment like the shunt and any voltage drops on wires? Best of luck with your new batteries!

You may want to look into LTO batteries. They charge in 8 min. Just remember that is a 50 amp power supply for a 10 amp/hr battery. If you need something that just works ,buying new or good used parts are your best options and in the long run it maybe cheaper.

They used a wide band O2 sensor to set AF ratio. I made a meter from that sensor and it works great.

The BIONX like PAS is now being sold by others. If you don't need PAS the price difference is huge. The bike shop said over $2000 plus installation and my kit was $550 for a 500w motor. I think the CA and PAS kit is around $350. It may have cosmetic differences but my kit delivers more power.

You are using the BMS battery programmer? I2C systems I have used in the past can loose connection. Because of this problem I am don't know if the system would be robust enough to connect to a microcontroller and display the battery condition reliably. I am happy with the BMS and it works...

I don't know how you will recover the money. I have seen good intentions go sour on projects like this. I hate to say it I never seen the money get recovered. I have been burned on deals but fortunately very little money was involved. Wish you the best of luck.
