I'm currently using a 28T sprocket on the back and the same 28T on the motor. My amps draw on flat terrain is between 28-30 amps. I want to decrease my amps draw on flat terrain to about 20amps max.
What ratio would be best in terms of teeth difference to use. I want to keep the 28T at the...

if I drive my cyclone 3kwatt between 28-31 amps @ 36v constantly for say 1hour travelling at around 15-20miles max will it eventually burn out?
Reason why i asked is now i am driving it at that amps draw and after a while i can only hold/touch the motor for a few seconds.
Is this normal?
I also have a problem with my cyclone 24v-72v geared 3000watt motor.
It vibrates a lot at high rpm even without load. Can someone tell me whats the cause of this please?
Please see video link below to see the problem i am facing. Running it at 0-50% rev is no issue but once the rev reaches...
would it be best to use the other cyclone motor which is rated at 45amp?
see webpage below to see the specs

I had a 36v-72v 3000watt geared cyclone motor rated at 40amps in the past and i was operating it on a 48v 30amp battery pack with a 45A...
I am going to use a 48v 30amp battery pack which the BMS is rated at 40amps max discharge to power a 36v-72V cyclone motor which has a rated amp of 80A so i am wondering if the motor will work efficiently in giving me good speed and torque at the 48v 40amps???
and no heat build up even on a...
I bought a 48v 30A battery pack which the BMS inside is capable of delivering 60amps constantly. So is it ok to use that with my 40A controller? Also in times of low voltage/low speed and the controller decide to send more than 40amps and maybe send up to 60 or 80amp to the motor will that...
It is rated to Draw up to 80amps at full load. So with this in mind it would be best to use a lithium battery pack that is equipped with cells and BMS that can handle a constant discharge of 80amp or higher?
I am interested in this ebike 6kw geared motor that is listed in the page below:
https://www.cyclone-tw.com/product/29/data/15
What I need to know is if my 40amp brushless controller will be able to power the 6kw geared motor? as I notice the motor rated amp is 80A.
I am planning to drive the...
The freewheel sprocket adapter that is on the webpage below is stated to be 1.37 x 24 TPI OD right hand threads.
Is it the same as 1.375 x 24 RH tpi? I notice that one is 1.375 and another one on the website is 1.37 are they the same? Can the 1.37 work on a 1.375 freewheel without any issues...
I have a cyclone 3000watt 24-72v motor that i customize on a bicycle frame. I am currently running it on 24v. The current gear ratio setup that i have gives me a lot of torque to climb the steepest hills you can find. I can even stop on a steep hill and move off.
The issue that i have is...
