For what it's worth, I've bought the 20c versions at about an 80% good quality rate. Which I feel rather sucks...but you could consider that in the price difference. I had one pack with the 'missing cell' syndrome (one cell goes to 0v, and overall pack voltage measures 5s for a 6s pack.)...

Not really, no. Everything is still pretty tight back there. I had a clutch problem a few months ago, removed the motor and checked things out pretty thoroughly. Every thing looked good. No wear at the dropouts, or torque arm either.
