My Surron tuned to 15kw can beat a Yamaha YZf250 in a drag race with the Ko-Moto Rs combo.It can go up to 37kw or 45 kw with the Factory Edition.Ko-Moto main support is in UK

You could also go with a Ko-Moto setup,up 45kw with the Factory Edition,plus might be cheaper.

It sounds like the battery not getting the last string of 16( total voltage) voltage.In the Luna thread they have a easy fix for that one that you can do your self.I have had to do it to 3 batteries so far for my friends bike and they had the same symptoms.I think they call it the B16 fix.

Your 420 chain primary drive is making the noise,it needs a shim to make the motor/ jackshaft gears align.

Mine and my friends came with low profile purple screws that have clearance.My friend originally reused his stock bolts and had the same clearance problem.Both of our Luna rotor kits had the purple screws included .

I have that disc guard and rotor,did you use the supplied disc screws( there purple),my friend reused the stock disc screws and had clearance problems,put on the supplied screws no problem.
