    1, Try bigger current Regulator bandwidth & PLL bandwidth; 2, Then try smaller Speed regulator Kp, such as 5, 4, 3; 3, Correctly set up Gear ratio & Wheel diameter; U can link you notebook to your controller and try to repeat the No Power Output fault, to find out what happen.

    I think this is a design-bug in upper computer software of phaserunner; For controller OS, it does not care about Gear Rating, but the pole pairs is a important parameter; Wrong pole pairs will leads to inaccurate Hall offset when use MDM tools to identify BLDC parameters.

    Yes, all these are key parameters for regen current. If your battery is near full charge and trigger the threshold of starting voltage or starting capacity, the regen current will decrease. Do u have the datasheet or spec of your hubmotor?

    Too tight for controller if set very small fraction of the time, this is liable to over current.

    Yes, i run this program 2 or 3 times to get a stable parameters. No, only resonance i can feel in low speed range. All my hubmotor is D-D hubmotor.

    Hi Justin, Does it works if enable bit 0(Set bit 0 as 1) for mid-motor? I tried it and then the mid-motor can't spin, if disable it(Set bit 0 as 0) the mid-motor will spin normally. For hubmotor, this function works. tks.

    I tried my BAC3K controller on both hubmotor and mid-motor. For hubmotor the most common issue is resonance in low speed range(5~20Km/h). In order to solve this question i bought 3 different brand or specification hubmotor(Pole pair 23/24/28) to find the best mute effect under big or full...

    I almost disable all function of controller but reverse function to clarify this issue. Whenever give a big or full throttle signal to controller, whether static or spin status, the clash will happen.
