    Marbel vs. Boosted vs. Evolve

Agreed, though I think the increased range they are reporting under certain circumstances are partly due to choosing a single motor setup. It will be interesting to see how the Monolith starts to look once their production gets going. Dual in-wheel motors, hot-swappable battery is pretty nuts.

    Marbel vs. Boosted vs. Evolve

Marbel has posted a number of updates recently and they should start shipping next week. The board looks pretty rad!

The Monolith: World's First Skateboard with In-wheel Motors

Someone asked on their FB page and they confirmed dual rear drive.

    Marbel vs. Boosted vs. Evolve

Happy you're pleased with the Boosted. The Marbel has experienced several delays (to be fair, Boosted did as well when they brought theirs to market) and still hasn't shipped. Realistically, we're looking at June-ish. I think if it meets expectations, that's the best board you can buy in...

    E-Go longboard.

The E-Go is a great board, particularly for the value. I paid $450 for mine, and they're readily available on eBay for $550-$600. It's pretty light (lighter than the Boosted) and the range reported is legitimate. You get tired before the board does. I do wish the board went faster, even 16 MPH...

    Marbel vs. Boosted vs. Evolve

I'm eagerly awaiting people trying those motors on longboard builds. Are they still on track to ship in a couple weeks? I agree, if all goes to plan it could change things considerably.

    Marbel vs. Boosted vs. Evolve

After doing much of the same research/riding many different boards, my thoughts: If money is a concern- Yuneec (It's a decent quality board you can get for ~$600 on eBay. Not even close to the most powerful but if transportation is your chief concern, it will get you from A to B.) If money is...

Ordered, the order didn't process or do anything for 2 days. I called up their CS dept who told me I got the last one in the warehouse and it would be at my door within 3-4 days. The next morning I received a tracking number. The tracking number didn't do anything for 3 days. I called up Fry's...

No, and just about the worst order experience I've ever had. After being on the phone with them for hours multiple times, I am now waiting 1-2 weeks for a refund.

    Here come the clones..

The board has one review on Amazon, from a woman who was really impressed with the board. Her last name happens to be Ruff too...

I just ordered another E-Go off Fry's website for $449, no tax and no shipping. http://www.frys.com/product/8336037?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG A little bit nervous, but Fry's is reputable I believe (not terribly familiar with the store despite having lived in CA). Hard to say no to $449 for a...

    Modded Yuneec E-go

Recently got an E-Go, and really like it for, as you guys said, until something really good becomes available on the market. I do wish it had more speed. I'm not mechanically inclined so I would have no idea how to accomplish what you did but it's really impressive. Congrats.
