nice. I have a mondraker dune as my regular pedal mtb without a motor. Can you fit 70/140 with the piggyback shock? 840wh is just enough for a cyc gen 2 imo. i have 1kwh on my giant reign and get around 23 miles if i go balls to the wall. I can probably do 38 miles if i go conservative

Have you measure the IR on the cell? What mohms are you getting and how close are they to each other?

what's BHU? These cells are rated for .008 ohms (0.8mohms). 8mohms would be considered high for these cells. What voltage did you measure the IR at? It should be measured a 3.6v or a tiny bit over, maybe 3.625v

aren't these advertised for 0.8mohms? I just bought 70 cells from battery clearing house and the seller told me he checked 10 random cells which were all at 0.8mohms. He only guarantees greater than 70% SOC though.

I'm going to buy the 70 pack of SPIM08HP when it comes back in stock. For $2/cell as long as most of the cells are still around 0.8mohm internal resistance, I'll be happy. I emailed them and the guy said he tested 10 random pouches, all were 0.8mohms. I'm just worried they might have varying...

I have a 3s 6ah 60c lipo with the malectrics spot welder. It won't stick .3mm nickel strips to my batteries and I can peel off the nickel with my hands even using 70ms pulse times. Any tips?

how would you use regen braking in a separate port bms? Do you split the ESC negative wires to both the discharge port of the BMS and the charge port?

how come when the bike accelerates from a stop it draws peak 40a but when you accelerate from say 15 mph it draws less? Is it because the phase current is lower than the battery current?
