    Delta trikes vs tadpole trikes

I've driven a Harley trike, and I used to own a Can-Am Spyder trike. The Spyder was superior to the Harley in nearly every way. Harley's front wheel contact patch is only a little bigger than a postage stamp, and I think that's just not enough for the size and weight of the vehicle, especially...

    Delta trikes vs tadpole trikes

Jeez, watch out for speed bumps in that thing... :D

Airbus subsidiary APWorks 3D Prints ebike

Well that makes more sense. They updated the articles since I first read them, and the Airbus web site now has an English version. It wasn't so clear when I first looked. :D I wouldn't buy one at $2250, and wouldn't pay $50K, even if it really was designed by Giger (it wasn't).

Airbus subsidiary APWorks 3D Prints ebike

They're selling the first 50 for 2000 euros (about USD$2250) then they're hoping to get north of USD$50K each. Cool looking frame, and less than 80 pounds. I admit I was tempted at $2250, but after taking a closer look... It's supposed to have a top speed of 49MPH... offroad motorcycle tire on...

    PROVEN Hang-Over recipes

I don't know about proof, but this is as close to a guaranteed hangover recipe as I can think of: 1) stay the hell away from water. 2) No drinking anything non-alcoholic, and no food, either. The alcohol will sustain you through the pain that is to come. 3) drink at least four glasses of wine...

Tesla December sales finally beat Nissan Leaf

How about a custom paint job with lightning bolts across the front quarter panels, instead of flames? :D

Tesla December sales finally beat Nissan Leaf

Leafs really are the modder's car. No matter what you do to it, it's gonna look better than how it looked rolling out of the factory. I keed, I keed. I'm only in this thread 'cause I'm one of the fifteen thousand people Linkedin slurped from your Google contact list, methods.

What do you do to get fit and lose weight?

:D When I'm watching my diet more closely (I haven't been, lately) I try to keep my carbohydrate intake matched up with how much exercise I'm getting. Lots of exercise means I get to refuel with lots of carbohydrates, though I still try to keep 'em under 40% of total calories. After a long...

What do you do to get fit and lose weight?

I bought 'em, and don't use 'em anymore. A lot of days I barely have enough time to put in 15 sets with the weights or a three mile jog. And an hour a day is a lot of time to listen to that guy's voice. You aren't kidding about how cheesy he sounds. But it really is a good workout program, and...

What do you do to get fit and lose weight?

Makes sense that drastically reducing hydrocarbon intake reduces your risk of cancer. Huffing is very bad for you. Which ones are you overindulging in? Propane? Benzene? Methane? Or maybe a blend like gasoline?

What do you do to get fit and lose weight?

It's better to aim for overall health and strength, and let the details like definition and size sort themselves out. They're mostly determined by your genetics anyway, unless you're spending a huge amount of time & effort working on your body. Best way to have good-looking abs is to reduce the...

Is this the same KnightMB that sold us out?

Hey Link, welcome back. Michael (KnightMB) sold the forum to someone nobody heard of. This poor sucker introduced himself, said he was planning on making some changes and improvements (software, hardware, bandwidth upgrades, etc.) and paying for them with banner ads. Many of the people who had...

Is this the same KnightMB that sold us out?

Whoa, that article is appropriately titled. Bitcoins are down 80% vs USD since August, with an $0.18 spread: bid 2.41, ask 2.59, according to http://bitcoincharts.com/ Ouch.

Any College drop outs on ES? Care to narrate?

Absolutely. Having more options means more freedom. While you're studying, sometimes you crave having the freedom to set your studies aside to go do something (anything) else, and this can build up enough to make you want to drop out. Especially when you're taking the more tedious classes. The...
