I spoke with Gary Little from Vextek , he told me to get a kWeld and just try . He said it's a lot of trial and error until you get it right . After watching this video , i now know that it's possible to spot weld 0.5mm copper

I'm trying to find some handheld Ultrsonic welders , apparently it's 20kHz to weld copper .

Here's more information about these cells . They are not as good as Tesla's 4680 in terms or iR nor cycle life . Apparently Tesla 4680 cells are good for 1500 cycles before they start to degrade but these should be able to last 1200 cycles .

I watched your test video , it clearly showed how both controllers interact with each other . I don't know how it would work but if it works by putting one controller in current mode why not. Ive only seen tests with identical controllers and vesc can link together over CAN ...

For it to work properly you need two identical controllers ! Vesc controller has a CAN interface through which it can send throttle info to the second Vesc . Even if you put it into reverse , the second Vesc will know what to do

Did you managed to get it working with the QSMOTORS QS 138 mid drive motor ? How does the interface look like, is there an option for English language . ?

How do i put down a deposit for one of these controllers ? All i would really need is 200V and 400A max for and e-bike build to run and outrunner in FOC mode ! And the other big questions is , how much it would cost ? Kind regards Ray
