double walled rims will help with your wobbly rims :lol: but try not to "skid" or hit obsticals with out trying to soak up the impact or deweight if you are on the flat :) hope this makes sense :oops:
as for the motor setup i would think you'd need to encase it anyhow? from water and mud...
haha sound cumbersome the advantage i can see it it will be much cheaper for me to mess about with a scooter that building a proper ebike :lol:
