    The big ones are only 200V capacitors. Why should the capacitors have the peak value of the AC? Found the problem. As i expected, the inductor has melted the connection directly under. Perfect! And it seems like the isolation of the conductor has also melted as you can see on the picture. Guess...

The coil that both the fase and neutral goes through (green) I found that the connection between the primary side number 1 of the coil(red side), has good connection to its the AC leg on the rectifier(blue).     It will turn on when it starts charging/when the current goes high. Why do you thint that it would be the culprit?
