I use Sapim Strong 13g/14g single-butted spokes. Length is 162mm when this motor is laced in a Sun Ringle MTX33 - 26" wheel.

I've been specifying the Samsung 30Q cells for my pack builds for the last 2 years. They are good enough that I haven't had the urge to experiment with any other cells. So yeah, they get my vote. :bigthumb:

N38 curved magnets are a go. 4T (11Kv) and 6T (8.5Kv) windings are my usual options. Anyone looking for a different winding than those?

Those look like 4.0mm2 phase wires to me. Keep in mind the "4.0mm2" refers to the cross sectional area NOT the diameter of the wire. The Diameter of a 4mm2 wire is close to 2.5mm.

Figured out the Hall Sensor error. The phase wire connector came loose at the Phaserunner unit. Plugged it back in and Autotune seemed to work fine.

So just getting my BBSHD + Phaserunner wired up. Got some issues, but first I'll enlighten you all to a bit of useful info. The Purple wire from the BBSHD motor is the 10K NTC sensor. All you need to do to monitor the temp with a CA3 display is run this purple wire up to the temp input of the...
