It's not a very big problem, but it happens all to often and is quite annoying. Even when pedaling in mode 3 this can happen. Congrats with the new forks. Did the same upgrade myself, but with 180mm travel. Regarding the unwanted motor input, this probably comes from a defective torque sensor...

I'm still experiencing belt slippage on the new 14t motor pulley. I'm running the latest hardware from LMX and a carbon belt but still experience slippage even in mode 3 of 5. The belt is holding up and looks good, but the slippage is really loud and annoying. Am i the only one experience this...

I just installed the new 14t motor pulley and had a test ride. No more slippage(y) The new one is steel while the old one seems to be alloy. Much lighter and you can see the wear on the tooths from the belt. I have also installed a zeb forks to better match the bike.

Here is a picture of the same Carbon volt belt with a new 14t pulley. The tooth pitch looks to be correct compared to the 15t version.

I understand what you mean, but i don't think its possible to stretch the belt that much..

Interesting stuff @SlowCo and @Joe. I'm using the larger 118t rear sprocket and the large tension pulley and spring, but still experience slippage with the original 14t motor pulley. Maybe the 15t motor pulley was made for another belt and 115t rear sprocket. Anyways I received this message...

Yes this is strange.. if anything, the belt would have to have shrinked to be able to fit like that.. It's the Carbon volt belt from gates, and the pitch fits the rear sprocket perfectly, so I find that really strange. Like you see in the picture the belt tooth pitch i pretty far off compared...

My belt started skipping on the original 14t motor pulley again. I found my two years old and never used 15t pulley from ebikegarage to fit a new and larger pulley that I hoped would stop the belt skipping. To my surprise it did not fit at all. The tooth profile looks good, but the distance...

I belive they still use the Silixcon setup they switched to from Nucular some years ago. The Silixcon controller with Bafang display was supposed to be better with torque sensing then Nucular. Mine came with Nucular and i later switched to the Silixcon setup and belt, and only felt a slightly...

Looks like its made to house a Bafang Ultra, but they chose another motor..

I just received a package from LMX with a new stronger belt tensioner spring and a new double flanged belt roller (compared to the old one with flange on one side only). A new bottom bracket at 50% discount as the old one had a production issue. And two new Miranda crank arms as the old Mirandas...

Sometimes I am missing a 'walk-mode' on my LMX64.. When it's to steep to ride a bike and you have to walk, I find using the throttle to push the bike is not ideal. If mode-1 was configured for very low power and top speed, maybe that could work.. Did anybody try to have a 'walk-mode' on their 64?

@CD when i set the silixcon i mode 5 (throttle only) the problem goes away.. and back pedaling also triggered the motor. I got reply from LMX today.. There is a problem with the pedal torque sensor, we'll send you a new one tomorrow. Regarding your belt problems : - we'll send you a new...

@CD I totally agree.. with even a short time slot available, you can still have a decent ride with a lot of fun! After yesterdays ride i noticed my 64 started pushing me without me pedaling or using the throttle. Even pedaling backwards triggered the motor, so i guess the torque sensing bottom...
