    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

Hi, Until last year I used Casainho's software in connection with the SW102 display. Unfortunately the SW102 has some mechanical impacts. When I heard about the Mbrusa software, I switched and I enjoy it. I use the latest version. I think the configuration with Java is great. The DZ41 display...

TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

Last season I was riding with V0.18. Quite satisfied, actually. Now I used the time over the winter to revise the setup: exchange the blue gear for the brass metal gear, prophylactic replacement of the freewheel ball bearing (incl. main gear in helical version), new display (SWD102), temperature...

TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

In my oppinion, the displays are means for the purpose. They shall be as simpel as possible (also for configuration). So I think, the 850C might be one of the best (for me). The LCD3 has a perfect contrast in sunlight but as well the main config as the daily use is not very comfortable. When I...

TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

Please regard, that in Germany the maximum average power is limit on 250 W. Most of the OEM pedelecs (Bosch, Yamaha, ...) have peak power up top 500 W and more.

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Thank you casainho. I'd prefer the color display, too. But as andyme wrote, the trip computer functionality is also a prior feature for me and for other useres. I know that software development is a business that takes much time - and in his leisure time! Shall we spend some coffees via paypal...

TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

As I measured, the gnd pin is directly next to the 5V pin. So you don't need to harm the wires.

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Hi, in the German forum the guys had also a problem with a too long cable between STM USB dongle and controller: https://www.pedelecforum.de/forum/index.php?threads/software-f%C3%BCr-tsdz2-sfm-du-250-350-mittelmotor-umbausatz.50939/page-3 Regards

TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

Hi, I ride V0.12: Lights: work offroad: work onroad Speed Limit: work basically a good and usable firmware. For my opinion, I whish a non linear power. A low cadence should be more PAS and current driven, high cadences torque - but I didn't test this. In former versions, I remember, you could...

TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

I set the boost function with default values. But give it a try with a longer boost. Interesting for me: to get about 350W input power, I have to set about 700W. Can this be plausible?

TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

@Dirkro or @Casainho: What does this value mean? In V0.12 the default value is about 90? When I reduce this, the assist lowers. The motor is nearly like a Bosch motor at higher cadences. With lower cadences the power is not as strong as a Bosch. Can anyone post typical values of the torque...

TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

Good feature! But I can commit Dirkko: It makes less sence when the values of ODO and DST were same. My proposal would be, to reset ODO with a long press of "DOWN" (walk assist is actually not used) and the total DST could be set and reset in the config menue. The LCD3 has also an icon for DST...

TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

There are several opinions about the used display in relation with the open source firmware. Now there is a tiny display on the market, that may have most of the wished features: Matrix display programmable Bluetooth Tiny https://bitbucket.org/eggpower/eggriderv2/wiki/Home Did anyone just...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

"I am just implementing changing on LCD3 that voltage so you should wait and then you can flash the new version and change to your voltage on LCD!!!!" That means, the battery voltage can be set in the display and I can use 24V or 36V or 40V? 40V with the 36V motor admits a higher cadence.
